The sleeve of super large scale high alloy centrifugal composite casting roller (CCCR)
National ivitiate super large scale multi purpose centrifugal composite casting roller. It can be used to support Large scale equipment due to the virtue of high surface hardness,fine configuration, stabilize performance, evident composite layer,good inner machining function and to replace import products.The technique of hot roller driling is excellent.
All the ends surface are greycast iron and has the good drillability.
Technique superiority
The centrifugal compsoite casting technique:
- The solidirying is under hte action of the centrifugal force, so it has the high density, white iron uniform layer and there is not any defect of gas hole, sand explosion and residue.
- The centrifugal casting roller can be inlaid with asleeve. it can to reduce the consumpsion of raw materil and the weight of the roller.
- It is very convenient to drill hole due to the uniform white casing layer.
- The working surface hardness of the CCCR can be produced acoording to the demand of the users, up to HS76±2°,IN general. it has high anti-weat property, good inner ductility and steady quality.
- The working layer of the roller are uniform and there is a small hardness variation (bellow HS5).The quality steability of the roller is assured.
- Long working life (more 3-5times working life than the verti cal static casting rollers) can save number of facts for the users.
- The varivty scale rollers can be produced according to demand of the users(the maximum up to 1000×6000mm)
